About Judah's Bakery
The bakery is kosher. All utensils are stainless steel, wood, glass or stone and have never been used with any dairy or meat preparation. All grains and flours used in the breads are 100% certified organic from farms that do not raise animals. Insects are controlled through natural means. Bread is prepared on stone and wood board. Ovens are used only to bake our bread, never for any other foods.
